Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Lead Consultant

Job Description

• OCI Certified with a strong background and understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and technology as well as experience designing and implementing applications to the cloud.
• Preference for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications.
• Skills with Cloud Landing zones, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Knowledge of other Cloud vendors such as Amazon, Azure and Google.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure foundational services, which include networking, DNS, security and IAM.
• Hands-on experience on cloud native architecture to achieve high availability, secure and automated deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
• Minimum of 6+ years software engineering experience including:
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems independently
  • Excellent communication skills, including effective presentation skills
• 4+ years of experience within a development team including the following:
  • Effective time management, ability to plan and prioritize work, communicate project status, roadblocks, accomplishments, and effectively manage and prioritize a diverse workload
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of problems, identify solutions and driving resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment and one on one
• 4+ years of relevant cloud experience including 2 or more of the following:
  • Building cloud native applications and services following cloud native architecture methodologies running in the public cloud
  • Scripting languages such as Python, Perl or UNIX/Shell
  • Automate provisioning using Terraform
  • Comfortable working in Windows and *Nix environments including writing scripts
