Job involves providing technical expertise and leadership for Oracle Cloud solutions, with a focus on Absence Management and Benefits.
- Candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating quarterly updates and executing required testing within specified timelines.
- Role includes working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions to meet their needs.
- Candidate will design, implement, and maintain HCM configuration for stakeholders using Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Role includes creating functional and technical designs based on business requirements.
- Candidate will collaborate with other technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems.
- Role involves providing support and guidance to development teams during development, testing, and implementation phases.
- Candidate will present to leadership and stakeholders various analyses for feature enablement in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Technical skills required: Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Oracle HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud. Strong Payroll, OTL & Absence functional expertise is a plus
