Oracle Cloud Functional Service and Field Service Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Service and Field Service Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions for service and field service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, architecting solutions, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. This is an onshore role, requiring deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications, particularly in the Service and Field Service modules.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Service and Field Service modules, with at least 5 years in a solution architect or technical leadership role.
Oracle Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), and Oracle Service Cloud (CX Service).
Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle PaaS, SaaS, and cloud integrations, with proficiency in REST APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
Business Acumen: Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
Project Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders in an onshore/offshore delivery model.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications: Oracle Cloud certification in Service and/or Field Service is preferred.
