Responsibilities:
- As an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead within the ERP Oracle team, you'll be the strategic interface for implementation, configuration, solution design, and support
- Responsibilities include defining requirements, configuring and maintaining the finance module, and collaborating with IT groups and business users
- Understanding Oracle Cloud Financials functionality and capabilities to drive the teams to design and develop applications along with assisting with testing and new feature evaluation.
- You'll ensure clarity for Developers on business and functional specifications
- Serve as a functional analyst/expert for new implementations
- Perform gap analysis, solution design, and translate client requirements into optimal solutions
- Conduct workshops and create functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations
- Drive data conversion strategies and oversee customization development
- Configure application modules and demonstrate functionality
- Coordinate user testing and deployment, assess production readiness

Experience / Requirements
- We are looking for Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with overall 8 to 10 years of IT experience with at least 2+ years of Fusion Cloud experience and remaining years of Finance/ERP domain experience in Oracle EBS
- Five or more years of Oracle Fusion ERP support, implementation, and upgrade experience
- Completion of one full Oracle Cloud Financials implementation as a Functional Lead, preferably in the Public Sector
- Experience supporting accounting functions in Oracle ERP
- Experience with medium-to-large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution implementations
- Proficiency in all project phases, data conversion strategies, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules: GL, Payables, Receivables, Purchasing, Procurement, Expenses, Asset, EPM, and Cash Management
- Experience writing SQL scripts to extract data and for ad hoc reports is critical.
- Responsible for customer production support, tracking-incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases
