Oracle Cloud EPM Administrator

Client is in the process of implementing Oracle Cloud EPM to enhance its enterprise financial planning capabilities. We are seeking a hands-on Oracle Cloud EPM Administrator to join the implementation effort, providing critical support across configuration, deployment, and end-user enablement. This techno-functional SME will work closely with client's internal stakeholders to ensure a successful rollout and build the foundation for long-term adoption by internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
·       Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud EPM throughout the implementation lifecycle
·       Support the configuration and deployment of core EPM modules based on technical design documentation
·       Troubleshoot technical issues and partner with stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions
·       Work closely with Client’s internal FP&A and financial systems teams to ensure alignment of planning goals with EPM functionality
·       Provide knowledge transfer and hands-on training to internal staff to support post-implementation self-sufficiency
·       Collaborate across Oracle and SAP-aligned teams to ensure seamless system integration

Required Experience & Skills:
·       Strong, hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM implementation
·       Experience with the following modules is essential:
o   EDM (Enterprise Data Management)
o   EPBCS (Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service)
o   Workforce Planning (out-of-the-box and custom applications)
·       Background in techno-functional roles supporting finance and planning functions
·       Familiarity with financial services industry environments
·       Ability to work independently and embedded within client teams, with clear, professional communication
·       Prior experience training internal users or transitioning ownership post-implementation is a strong plus
