· Experience of Configuration and Supporting Oracle Fusion: ORC and/or Talent and/or Learning
· Proven experience in end to end implementations and application support for Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent and Learning.
· Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
· Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System, VBS Customizations and end to end hire to retire process flow for all modules including Core HR, ORC, Learn, Talent and Compensation.
· Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of BI reports, Approval workflow, OTBI and BI reports, OIC Integrations.
· Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
· Experience on Oracle Journeys
· Experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
· Working knowledge of Fast formulas, HCM Data loader (HDL), OTBI and ability to troubleshoot and support config and integrations.
· Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
· Experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.
· Strong functional background in the HCM domain with focus on business process re-engineering and solution fitment.
· Document and present technical solutions to stakeholders in clear and concise manner.
· Knowledge of Skill Nexus, GEN AI in Oracle.
· Knowledge on LLM's
· Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages
