Oracle Cloud Architect

Job Description: We seek a top-tier Oracle Cloud Architect to join our team and lead the charge in building resilient, scalable, and highly available solutions within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Your expertise in both Oracle Database Administration (DBA) and OCI will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing HA architectures across all application tiers. You'll leverage your in-depth knowledge to configure HA for load balancers, compute instances, storage, databases, and networks, ensuring optimal performance, fault tolerance, and seamless disaster recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement rock-solid HA architectures across the entire application stack within OCI.
• Leverage your deep understanding of Oracle DBA activities to configure and manage high-availability databases.
• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of OCI networking features, including VCNs, subnets, security lists, and route tables, to craft secure and efficient network architectures.
• Configure and manage HA solutions for load balancers, compute instances, block storage, and object storage – ensuring peak performance.
• Design and implement a comprehensive full-stack Disaster Recovery (DR) strategy using Oracle Cloud DR services.
• Collaborate seamlessly with engineers, developers, and operations teams to flawlessly integrate and deploy HA/DR solutions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for peak performance and efficient resource utilization.
• Stay on the cutting edge of OCI advancements and best HA/DR implementation practices.
• Document the designed HA/DR system architecture and any other essential operational procedures and configurations
