Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Oracle CCB Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) solutions, with expertise in end-to-end implementation in the Power, Water, and Gas domains. This position involves implementing and supporting CCB solutions, developing custom programs, and collaborating with clients on requirements and design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Oracle CCB solutions, with at least 2 end-to-end implementations in the Power, Water, and Gas sectors.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, ensuring alignment with CCB functionalities.
• Create external design documents and deliver conceptual solutions in CCB based on client requirements.
• Develop and maintain CCB solutions, including modules like billing, payments, meter reading, meter management, collections, and new connections.
• Provide hands-on development using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and Java.
• Customize and enhance software, modify interfaces, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Work with Config tools, Web Services for system integrations, and CCB batch processing and algorithms.
• Write unit test cases, execute tests, and ensure all requirements and expected results are documented.
• Adhere to coding standards and version control procedures to ensure the highest quality of code and system performance.
• Revise and enhance existing custom solutions and provide detailed maintenance and release documentation.
• Offer support to team members as needed and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Oracle CCB implementations, with at least 2 full-cycle projects in the Power, Water, and Gas domains.
• In-depth knowledge of CCB modules, including billing, payments, meter reading, collections, and case management.
• Certification in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing is highly preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and Java development.
• Strong experience with system integration, web services, CCB batch processing, and algorithms.
• Ability to write unit test cases, document results, and follow coding standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in managing system performance risks.
• Familiarity with version control and coding best practices.
