Oracle Business Analyst Role

Our company is looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to work in our Corporate Application Division. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our cutting-edge SaaS business applications. You will work on rollouts, enhancements, documentation, test execution, conducting POC, post-production maintenance, and support of the Oracle Cloud SaaS enterprise application production support and continuous improvement of the application landscape.
Responsibilities:
• Work with Finance Business team understand business requirements
• Analyze the requirements and prepare functional design documents
• Analyze and fix any issues coming out of SIT and UAT testing
• Data migration execution for various M&A projects
• Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user stories
• Configure system for SIT & UAT exhibit the business process flows
• Providing one-on-one support, explanations, and guidance to users regarding finance operations
• Performs Mock close on financial systems
• Take the lead role in:
Assisting with the business case
Planning and monitoring
Eliciting requirements
Requirements organization
Translating and simplifying requirements
Requirements management and communication
Requirements analysis
Minimum Qualifications:
6 plus years of relevant experience working within the finance and accounting organization of a large multinational company
• Worked in oracle Cloud ERP Financial Application modules like GL, FAH, FA, CM, AR, AP, and ARCS
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
Nice to have Projects:
• Worked as Oracle Application Business Analyst in Major implementation and rollouts.
• Basic programming ability for data extractions
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to travel occasionally if needed
• Preference to computer science, mathematics, Accounting, and related fields of study.
