ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze the requirements and prepare functional design documents
• Analyze and fix any issues coming out of SIT and UAT testing
• Data migration execution for various M&A projects
• Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user stories
· Configure system for SIT & UAT exhibit the business process flows
• Providing one-on-one support, explanations, and guidance to users regarding finance operations
• Performs Mock close on financial systems
• Take the lead role in:
o Assisting with the business case
o Planning and monitoring
o Eliciting requirements
o Requirements organization
o Translating and simplifying requirements
o Requirements management and communication
o Requirement’s analysis
Minimum Qualifications
· Worked in oracle Cloud ERP Financial Application modules like GL, FAH, FA, CM, AR , AP and ARCS
Nice to have Projects
• Worked as Oracle Application Business Analyst in Major implementation and rollouts.
• Basic programming ability for data extractions
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or related field.
• 6 plus years of relevant experience working within the finance and accounting organization of a large multinational company
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to travel occasionally if needed
• Preference to computer science, mathematics, Accounting and related fields of study.
