The Oracle BI Developer codes software applications based on business requirements. The Oracle BI Developer work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. Responsibilities: Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing, debugging, and develops fixes. Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software-related issues. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction. Receives guidance where needed and follows established guidelines/procedures. Manage, support, and optimize all ETL processes to perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Oracle Integrator Tool (OBIA 12c). Develop new ETL processes required to populate the Reporting/Data Analytics Platform from source systems. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintenance, optimization, and performance tuning of ETL jobs to meet SLA. Experience with development of high data volume reports. Technical Requirements & Skills: Strong understanding of Oracle Business Analytics Warehouse and ODI coding. Experience with BIACM (Oracle BI Applications Configuration Manager). Strong Oracle PL/SQL writing skills. Experience in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports. Strong BI Publisher reporting experience. Working knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud (GL/AP/AR/PA/FA transactional and subledger data). Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector for mass data extraction.
