 Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT professional with over 12 years of experience to design, implement, and manage Exadata Cloud Service (ExaCS) database solutions. The successful candidate will develop and maintain database architecture strategies to support business goals and lead the migration and integration of databases across multicloud environments, including Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of database systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement database solutions that meet business requirements. - Hands-on experience with migrating large databases to Exadata, ExaCS, and ExaCC platforms. - Experience with migrating databases to ATP and ADW. - Design database consolidation to reduce operational expenditures (OPEX). - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior database architects and administrators. - Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and security assessments. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in database technologies and cloud offerings. - Implement and manage Exadata X9 hardware, including persistent memory (PMem) and RDMA algorithms to optimize performance and reduce latency. - Deploy and manage Exadata X1110M98 hardware, leveraging its scale-out high-performance database servers and intelligent storage servers. Required Skills and Experience: - Extensive knowledge and troubleshooting experience in the following areas: RAC, RAT testing, ASM, Exadata performance tuning, Data Guard, and Physical and Logical DG Broker. - Experience in database security, including TDE, Audit Vault, and OKV. - Experience in OS administration, including Linux, Solaris, virtualization, storage, ZFS, and ZDLRA
