Roles Responsibilities: -
• Handling teams of Bench Sales & OPT Recruitment Teams.
• Talking to the consultants on various technologies hired by the management and understanding their concerns.
• Distributing the hired resources to the team, and assigning the targets.
• Training new hires on the entire Recruitment process and converting them into a strong income-generating resource for the organization.
• Responsible for managing the recruitment process for all positions. 
• Providing weekly and monthly progress reports to higher management.
• Taking care of the entire operations of the branch including time sheets of recruiters & all other domestic requirements.
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Facilitate strong, long-term company and candidate relationships
