Operations Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Lead to oversee and manage
our web sales and office operations in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have a
strong background in website sales, team handling, and office administration. This role
requires a motivated individual who can drive performance, ensure operational
efficiency, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
 Web Sales & Website Solutions:
o Drive and manage website sales activities.
o Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of website
projects.
 Team Management:
o Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of sales and operational staff.
o Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
o Conduct training sessions to improve team efficiency.
 Office Operations:
o Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
o Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely project delivery.
o Maintain a productive and positive office environment.
 Reporting & Strategy:
o Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management review.

o Provide strategic input to improve sales processes and operational
systems.

Key Requirements:

 8+ years of relevant experience in website sales, web solutions, team management,
and office operations.
 Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing operational
workflows.
 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
 Proficient in MS Office and other business tools.
