Operations Associate

Responsibilities

Financial & Investment Operations Expertise: Strong knowledge of equity and fixed income products, transfer agency, investment operations, mutual funds trades, risk management, reconciliations, and settlements.
Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Omnibus Sub-Accounting, data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, PowerPoint), workflow automation/Gen AI, data warehousing, and data modeling.
Communication & Leadership: Strong client service focus, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to resolve issues efficiently in high-pressure environments.
Business Judgment & Execution: Professionalism in decision-making, productivity, and performance driven approach

Eligibility Requirements

2-5 years of experience in investment banking operations involving projects, people, processes, and client management.
Strong logical and quantitative abilities to derive insights from data.
Excellent management and communication skills, both written and oral; comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
Team player with an adaptable approach to work, and a motivated self-starter
Familiarity with Blackrock’s Aladdin system, Calypso or similar investment systems is a plus
