Description

Requirements for the Operations Analyst:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of banking experience preferred.
  • Japanese language skills are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with LoanIQ is a plus.
  • General understanding of banking principles and/or the loan market.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access).
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
