We are looking for someone with 5-7 Years of Experience with following skill.
JD :
We are seeking a dedicated Operational Support Specialist to provide L2-level support, shadow existing processes, and eventually assume critical operational responsibilities to ensure business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Shadow and learn operational processes to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities.
Provide L2-level support for infrastructure, including VMware, SQL Server, and MySQL environments.
Troubleshoot and support application integrations using APIs, JSON, and XML.
Perform intermediate networking, database, and desktop support tasks (e.g., resolving connectivity, query, or user access issues).
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, contributing to process improvements.
Maintain and update documentation to support operational continuity.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in IT operations or technical support, with a focus on infrastructure.
Strong hands-on experience with VMware (e.g., vSphere, ESXi), SQL Server, and MySQL.
Practical knowledge of APIs, JSON, and XML for application integration.
Demonstrated experience in basic networking (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), database support, and desktop support.
Familiarity with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3) or Azure (e.g., Virtual Machines) for basic cloud support tasks.
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a willingness to be mentored.
