Should have prior knowledge on working with Exstream Web Service.? Should have experience working with Support teams.? Good Communication Skills to have conversation with US Clients? Should have basics of working with Unix, Linux Servers.? Should have basic understanding of Job Schedulers, CI / CD Process.? Should have experience working with Ksh, Bash, Shell Scripting? Opentext Communication Server Setup.? Opentext Comm Builder and Control Center Activities. Added Advantages with the associate if he has knowledge on these skills:? TFS ? Team Foundation Serve ?
