Job Requirements
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Analyze user requirements and design document-centric applications using OpenText Designer and related tools.
  • Development: Build and customize workflows, and templates, and manage the document life cycle using OpenText technologies.
  • Testing and Deployment: Conduct testing of developed solutions and ensure successful deployment in production environments.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside project managers, business analysts, and system architects to ensure that the solutions meet the business needs and align with internal standards.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for developed applications and procedures to facilitate future enhancements and maintenance.
  • User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system effectiveness and user productivity.



Work Experience
 

  • Experience: At least 6-8 years of hands-on experience with OpenText Designer and other OpenText product environments, such as Content Suite or Extended ECM.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in XML, JavaScript, and understanding of REST APIs. Familiarity with databases and integration methods is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
