Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with over 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and developing data-driven business solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical modeling, data visualization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data models and business solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and dashboards to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis and demand forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Create and maintain reports using business intelligence tools like QlikView, and PowerBI.
• Monitor and optimize business processes using statistical modeling techniques.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance business performance and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in programming languages: Python (Jupyter, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PySpark), R, and SQL.
• Experience with business intelligence tools: QlikView, PowerBI.
• Familiarity with cloud services: AWS (EC2, RDS, Glue), Azure (Azure Databricks, Data Factory).
• Knowledge of version control and containerization tools: Git, Docker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
