Job Title: OpenShift Team Lead (Remote, Contract)

🕒 Engagement Details:

Type: Contract-Based

Location: 100% Remote

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture, deployment, and optimization of OpenShift clusters

Manage migration to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or OpenShift Dedicated

Oversee CI/CD pipelines using Argo CD and ensure DevOps best practices

Provide deep operational support and resolve high-impact issues

Mentor team members and drive innovation within the infrastructure team

Automate infrastructure using Terraform/Ansible and scripting languages

Ensure cluster reliability, scalability, and security

📌 Requirements:

10+ years in IT with strong focus on OpenShift/Kubernetes

Expertise in container orchestration, CI/CD (Argo CD, GitOps), and cloud-native tools

Strong Linux administration (Red Hat, Rocky8) and scripting (Bash, Python)

Proficiency with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki)

Experience with OpenShift migration to GCP/OpenShift Dedicated

Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

🎓 Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):

CNCF, Red Hat, HashiCorp
