Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture:
Design, configure, and implement OneStream solutions based on business requirements.
Lead architecture and design discussions for both new implementations and system upgrades.
Build and maintain complex models using OneStream’s capabilities, including financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Client Engagement:
Work closely with clients to understand their financial and operational needs.
Translate business requirements into OneStream configuration and technical solutions.
Guide clients through system integration, reporting structure design, and workflow optimization.
Project Management:
Lead and manage OneStream implementation projects, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
Coordinate between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
Identify potential risks and provide mitigation strategies during project execution.
System Integration & Data Management:
Provide oversight to configuration of integrations between OneStream and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses, etc.).
Design and review data migration, transformation, and validation strategy to ensure data integrity 
Assist with defining ETL processes and the architecture of data flow.
Custom Development:
Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics as required by the business.
Utilize OneStream's extensibility features (e.g., business rules, data management workflows, and Smart View) to enhance system functionality.
Provide input for custom development, including JavaScript or other scripting languages if necessary.
Collaboration & Training:
Provide mentorship and support to Lead and Technical consultants.
Deliver training sessions and workshops for end-users and business stakeholders to maximize the use of OneStream.
Help clients optimize their OneStream usage post-implementation through ongoing support and enhancements.
Best Practices & Continuous Improvement:
Maintain knowledge of OneStream’s product updates and industry best practices.
Recommend process improvements and new features based on experience and evolving client needs.
Contribute to the internal knowledge base to drive continual improvement.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:
5+ years of experience in implementing or supporting financial software, with at least 2 years working specifically with OneStream.
Proven experience in financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Strong understanding of financial data models, systems integrations, and enterprise architecture.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of OneStream’s core modules (Financial Consolidation, Planning, Reporting, etc.).
Experience with data integration tools (ETL, APIs) and databases (SQL, etc.).
Familiarity with JavaScript, .NET, or other custom development platforms.
Proficiency in data visualization, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel), and OneStream's Smart View.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate across teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:

OneStream Certified Lead Architect 
Experience with cloud-based deployment of financial systems.
Experience in financial planning, consolidation, or corporate finance roles.
Other:

Willingness to travel for client engagements, as needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Environment:

This position may offer a combination of in-office and remote work, depending on the company’s policies.
The role may require interaction with global teams, so flexibility with working hours is a plus.
