Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of geospatial projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards. - Oversee the integration of Oracle Identity Manager within geospatial systems to enhance security and data management. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on geospatial technologies and Oracle Identity Manager. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop geospatial solutions that meet business requirements. - Ensure the accuracy and quality of geospatial data through rigorous testing and validation processes. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. - Develop and maintain documentation for geospatial projects, including technical specifications and user manuals. - Conduct regular reviews and assessments of geospatial systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in geospatial technologies and Oracle Identity Manager to drive innovation within the team. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all geospatial projects. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages continuous learning and development
