OIC Integration Consultant

We are seeking an experienced OIC Integration Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create OIC integrations from scratch, as well as modify existing integrations, all focused on HCM modules. Additionally, strong knowledge of Fast Formulas in HCM (Payroll, Compensation, Benefits) is essential. The candidate must have 5-10 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on both OIC integrations and HCM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify OIC integrations from scratch with a focus on HCM data.
• Work with HCM Extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader) to facilitate seamless integration.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand and address integration requirements.
• Ensure successful end-to-end integration of payroll, benefits, and compensation modules.
• Write, troubleshoot, and optimize Fast Formulas for Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits modules.
• Support inbound and outbound Fast Formulas with HCM Extract and HDL.

Required Technical Skills:

• OIC Integrations: Experience creating integrations from scratch and modifying existing code.
• HCM Modules: Experience with Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Fast Formulas: Strong knowledge and experience with Fast Formulas for the above-mentioned HCM modules.
• Tools & Platforms: Experience with HCM Extracts and HDL Loader.

Additional Requirements:

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in OIC integrations and HCM functionalities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
