Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for collaboration tools and resolve user issues.
  • Manage Slack configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in deployment and configuration of O365 applications.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement updates and enhancements.
  • Ensure security compliance and governance across collaboration platforms.
  • Handle license management and backup using Spanning.
  • Manage mailbox archiving, retention, and transport rules.
  • Provide on-call support for critical escalations and incidents.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Experience Requirement:

  • 5-7 years of experience in proficient in administering Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience managing user provisioning, security policies, and Teams lifecycle.
  • Skilled in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting tasks.
  • Familiarity with hybrid Exchange environments and compliance configurations.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Forms, Planner, and Stream.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Conditional Access, and Azure AD.
  • Managed mailbox retention, backup, and archiving policies across departments.
  • Worked with ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow and Freshworks.
