Job Description:

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Excellent English language skills; both verbal and written

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy; proofread and edit one’s own work product

· Strong analytical skills

· Be able to multitask at a high level

· Updating Trackers / Reports

· Filing and retrieve organizational documents, records & reports

· Perform general office duties to include scanning/copying and file preparation

· Open, sort and distribute UPS/FEDEX or similarly delivered packages

· Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of employee information

· Positive attitude
