We are seeking an OEM Program Manager with 3-5 years of experience in the automotive or related industry to oversee project progress for assigned vehicles. This role requires a strong background in product/project management, cross-functional leadership, and decision-making to ensure milestones are met in line with Volkswagen’s Product Development Process (PEP).
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (preferred).
Experience:
- 3+ years in automotive product/project management.
- Experience working with OEMs, suppliers, or related automotive sectors in areas like R&D, production, logistics, quality assurance, purchasing, finance, or sales.
- Prior experience in team leadership within a global company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project progress for assigned vehicles.
- Ensure milestone completion in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Identify & implement countermeasures for project deviations.
- Drive cost, timing, and quality objectives per product requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate decision-making processes.
