OCM (Change Management and Communication specialist)
What you will be doing
You will be an integral member of the Data Harmonisation Layer Agile team. is a global platform designed to collect and harmonize of data from various Operational Technology (OT) data sources across client production facilities. Data Harmonisation Layer makes data easily accessible to develop several front-end Manufacturing Intelligence (MI) products, focusing on improving our production processes. Key technologies used are Kafka, Ignition, and AWS services.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working, hosting community sessions.
• Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders across the organization to build support for change initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Creating communication plans and delivering targeted messages to various stakeholder groups (mastering variety of communication tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, intranet community groups, etc.).
• Understanding business needs and accordingly design and deliver training programs that support change adoption.
• Conducting assessments to understand the potential impact of changes on different business areas and developing mitigation strategies to address any negative impacts.
• Providing support and guidance during the implementation of change initiatives to ensure successful adoption.
• Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives and regularly reporting on progress to stakeholders and leadership.

An ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. On a professional level, you have:
• Master\'s degree in communication, organizational psychology, change management, or a related field.
• 5 + years of proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Ability to understand the broader business strategy and translate it into actionable change management plans and initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess the impact of change and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, execute, and monitor change initiatives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
• Certification in change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar is a plus.
