NodeJs Backend Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend services using Node.js
• Mentor and guide a team of backend developers
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend teams, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices
• Architect scalable and maintainable backend systems
• Manage technical debt and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Node.js and backend development
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and microservices
• Experience leading development teams and managing projects
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
