NOC Engineer

Job Description:
A Network Operations Center (NOC) Team Lead plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the operations of a NOC team. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role:

Required Qualifications:
·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
·       8 10 years of relevant work experience.
·       Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are desirable.
·       Strong telecommunications and IP design skills.
·       Understanding of ITIL v4 service management.
·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·       Hands on experience with routing, switching, and VPN technology.
·       Experience with wired and wireless point to point and point to multipoint technologies is a plus.
·       Proficiency with Juniper and Cisco DNA.
·       Experience with MPLS, BGP, QoS, DDoS mitigation, VPN technologies, DMVPN, Nokia, and NSP.
·       Familiarity with ServiceNow, Splunk, ExtraHop, and NetBrain.
