Description

Key skills required:

  1. Excellent communication
  2. Windows, Network, Linux, Storage, Backup and Applications
  3. Prior 3+ years of experience working in a NOC
  4. Good incident management skills.
  5. Good Monitoring experience in large and active environment. (LogicMonitor is desirable).

Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, routing, and switching).
  • Familiarity with Windows Server (user management, basic troubleshooting).
  • Exposure to Linux commands and system operations.
  • Knowledge of storage systems, backup tools, and their operational workflows.

Soft Skills: 

  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Adaptability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment.

Experience and Certifications:

  • Entry-level IT support experience (0-2 years) preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, RHCSA, or MCSA are desirable.

Work Conditions:

  • 24/7 operational environment requiring flexible availability.
  • Ability to respond promptly to system alerts and escalations
