Key skills required:
- Excellent communication

- Prior 3+ years of experience working in a NOC
- Good incident management skills.
- Good Monitoring experience in large and active environment. (LogicMonitor is desirable).
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, routing, and switching).
- Familiarity with Windows Server (user management, basic troubleshooting).
- Exposure to Linux commands and system operations.
- Knowledge of storage systems, backup tools, and their operational workflows.
Soft Skills:
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
- Adaptability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment.
Experience and Certifications:
- Entry-level IT support experience (0-2 years) preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, RHCSA, or MCSA are desirable.
Work Conditions:
- 24/7 operational environment requiring flexible availability.
- Ability to respond promptly to system alerts and escalations
