Our client is looking  Nice Developer  for Long term project in Remote below is the detailed requirements.

Job description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
• Must have 10 or more years’ experience in building and managing Contact Center tech stack
• You should have 5 or more years of E2E experience in designing and building NICE CXone platforms
• Strong Experience in migrating from on-prem contact center platforms to CcaaS platforms
• Must have Experience with enterprise level CCaaS architecture
• Good Experience with Cloud Network infrastructure
• Good Experience to Lead technical resources for NICE CXone implementations (NICE IS A MUST)
• You should Create technical documentation for detailed designs as per the business requirements.
• Must have Ownership and responsibility for E2E design of the CCaaS architecture including, Routing strategy, ACD and IVR design, API and data integrations and AI Solutions
• Design and maintain reusable code libraries.
• Advise on testing strategy and provide input into test plans.
• Responsible for estimating and overseeing technical efforts for all phases of the project.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
