Networking Engineer

We are looking for #NetworkingEngineer to join our team at Logic Simplified.

Location: Dehradun (Preference for Uttarakhand-based candidates)
Experience: 3+ years (Smart individuals with less experience are also welcome!)

Responsibilities:

Hardware & Asset Management: Assemble and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Maintain asset inventory and perform BIOS flashing.

OS Installation & Maintenance: Install, update, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux/macOS, including boot issues, BSOD, and firmware updates.

Desktop & Application Support: Manage and troubleshoot OS, security software, VMs, Microsoft Office, email clients, and communication tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.).

Networking & Connectivity: Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, WAN, firewalls (iptables, UFW), DNS, VPNs, ISP connections, and remote access solutions.

System & Security Management: Manage users, permissions, disk partitions, and system performance. Secure applications (SSL, SSH) and perform security scans.

Scripting & Automation: Write Bash/Python scripts, schedule tasks with cron, and manage services using systemd.

Database Management: Perform MySQL/PostgreSQL operations (mysqldump, pg_dump).

Remote User Support: Troubleshoot VPN issues, software updates, and system performance problems.
