Technical/Functional Skills:-
• Cisco Voice
• Contact center (On Prem and Cloud)
• MS Teams
• Amazon Connect

 

Roles & Responsibilities:-
• At least 8 years’ experience in managing Network Voice infrastructure.)
• Very good knowledge in managing voice infrastructure (Cisco, InContact, MS teams, Polycom, SBC)
• Knowledge in managing End point devices (Polycom, Cisco SPA and ATA, etc.)
• Good to have good knowledge in Windows PowerShell
• Flexible to work during weekends/ off business hours. Technical co-ordination with the OEM support in the event of any Technology assistance
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Data Centre touch/ hands and Fleet support

Qualification:- BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

Any Graduate
