Description

Install, configure, and maintenance of SCCM infrastructure. Create Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and implement Cloud based IT Service Management. Develop installation and configuration protocols. Research and recommend automated approaches and generate Compliance reports. Conduct root cause analysis. Involve in system administration, performance monitoring, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system performance and integrity. Skills required: Azure, AWS, ServiceNow, ITSM, AutoSys, Citrix, SCCM, and VMWare vSphere. Associate’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) with 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required. Work location: Addison, TX and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
