Key Responsibilities:
System Monitoring & Incident Handling – Keep track of alerts, respond to issues, and restore services quickly.
IAM Expertise & Security Compliance – Manage identity and authentication systems while ensuring cybersecurity compliance.
Troubleshooting & Production Support – Solve complex system issues and work on improving infrastructure performance.
Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure efficient problem resolution.
On-Call & Site Work – Be available for off-hours coverage and on-site presence (3 days per week) as required.
Technology Management & Automation – Use Linux, Windows, SQL, OpenShift, ITSM, Splunk, Ansible, and CI/CD tools to enhance operations.
Required Skills:
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
5+ years of production support experience with expert level knowledge of MFA technologies, Splunk. Window OS, SQL/Oracle DB Unix/Linux.
Excellent knowledge of Identity, Authentication and Access Management (IAM) domain including SRE and DevOps space.
Must have senior level production support experience and troubleshooting skills in IAM technologies.
Must be able to comply with bank regulatory and compliance policies
Must have expert level of Linux experience and must be well versed in Splunk queries.
