Description

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network support.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
  • Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, or Palo Alto network devices.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, service ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios).
  • Ability to read and update network topology diagrams and documentation.
  • Good understanding of firewall rules, NAT, ACLs, and basic cybersecurity practices.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for interaction with internal teams and vendors
