Technical Skills & Experience
• Cisco router & switching technologies
• Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI)
• Juniper Wi-Fi, Switching and SD WAN (JunOS/MIST)
• Software Defined Networking concepts and technologies
• Dynamic routing concepts and protocols
• Policy and route-map configuration
• Quality of Service
• Cloud networking concepts and configurations
• Network monitoring, management & alerting
• Automation concepts and technologies (Ansible, Python, Terraform) • ITSM systems (Service Now)
Technical Certification
It would be desirable and advantageous if you have the following certification or demonstrable working experience in the following:
• Cisco CCNP / CCIE • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
• Microsoft Azure Network Engineer AZ-700
Responsibilities:
• Providing monitoring and support for all network security technologies and solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborating with internal IT teams to swiftly address and resolve issues as they arise.
• Implement changes to align with the evolving requirements of the business
• Managing vendor relationships to effectively troubleshoot and resolve network security related problems.
• Conducting preventive maintenance, including timely software and hardware upgrades, to enhance system reliability.
• Overseeing the technical lifecycle management for all network security services to ensure they remain current and effective.
• Adhering to and upholding established network policies and procedures to maintain compliance and standards.
• Documenting network security processes, generating reports, and tracking metrics as required to provide visibility and accountability.
• Identifying and evaluating new technologies that can enhance and improve the existing network security infrastructure.

• You will possess hands-on experience in network security within a global enterprise environment.
• You will be adept at leading the resolution of complex incidents and problems, demonstrating expertise in navigating challenging situations.
• Your attention to detail will be evident in all aspects of your work, coupled with a genuine willingness to assist business units and colleagues alike.
• You will have familiarity with a diverse range of testing tools, networking technologies, and troubleshooting techniques, enabling you to effectively diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues related to services, applications, and network hardware and software.
• You will be skilled in implementing changes to the infrastructure and network environment with minimal downtime, adhering strictly to established change control processes.
• You will have experience in tracking incidents, requests, and changes using IT Service Management (ITSM) systems, ensuring that tickets are consistently updated, and clients are regularly informed throughout the lifecycle of each request until completion and closure.
