Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 support for network security (Firewalls, Proxies, DDOS, IPS/IDS)
  • Manage incidents and patches for zScaler and Fortinet
  • Act as escalation point for Azure NSG-related issues
  • Lead major incident calls and root cause analysis
  • Implement security changes and lifecycle projects
  • Monitor production systems and ensure availability

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years in IT Network Operations
  • Hands-on experience with Azure NSG, zScaler, Fortinet
  • Strong Azure infrastructure knowledge (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
  • Windows Server, networking, load balancing, storage
  • Experience in global 24/7 support environments
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Fortinet and zScaler proficiency
  • Familiarity with ITIL, SOC compliance
  • Cloud architecture and security expertise
  • PowerShell automation and IaC experience
