Job Description:
• Experience in leadership roles in technology management
• At least 8 years of related local area network/wide area network (LAN/WAN) work experience.
• Deploying Contact Center environments is a Plus
• At least 8 years of experience implementing large-scaled projects/systems.
• Knowledge of agile/ scrum / waterfall methodologies as it relates to project management
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical and communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to influence organizational direction and departmental initiatives
• Strong leadership, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Cross functional work is also required to collaborate with other business teams
• Experience using Confluence and JIRA applications
• Expertise using the full suite of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of agile methodologies as it relates to project management
• Demonstrate ability to influence organizational direction and departmental initiatives
• Strong leadership, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including: Communicating - written, oral, listening, speaking, internal/external, formal/informal, vertical/horizontal; Negotiating - reaching agreements
• Experience organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions for multiple, complex, and inter-related IT projects with a combined scope of over 30,000 users and 400 sites.
• A broad knowledge of unified communications, network, and telecommunications.
• Experience managing teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.
• Experience maintaining and managing client interface at senior levels of the client organization.
• Meets with customer and Contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
