Bachelor of Science in Networking, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or the equivalent of a 4-year accredited degree in a technical discipline.
8+ years of network engineering experience with IP networks.
6+ years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of IP and MPLS network architectures.
Excellent IP configuration and troubleshooting skills, including PIM, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VPLS, VRFs, L3VPN, and Ethernet (The person doesn’t necessarily have to be an expert in all, but some of them. If they have some, we want to talk to them.)
Experience in developing and creating IP addressing plans, advanced presentation, and technical writing experience.
Strong skill set with Microsoft Office software applications and Visio.
