  • Minimum 12+ years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills (the candidate will need to interact with C-suite exec
  • Experience in setting up and managing a NOC team
  • Proficient with JIRA and Agile processes

 

Technical areas needed for NOC support:

  • Compute: EC2, Lambda.
  • Storage: RDS, MongoDB
  • Monitoring: Cloudwatch, Log Insights, Alarms, SNS, Eventbridge
  • Security: IAM, Access Analyzer, Cloudtrail, Security Hub, Config
  • AWS IoT Core
