Description

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Network Manager to lead the design, implementation, management, and support of our organization's data, voice, and video networks. The Network Manager will oversee network operations, ensure high availability and performance, enforce security policies, and manage a team of network engineers and administrators.

This role requires a mix of hands-on technical expertise, leadership, vendor management, and strategic planning to ensure robust and scalable network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, VPN, and firewall solutions to meet business needs.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal reliability, uptime, and security.

Lead a team of network engineers and provide mentorship, project direction, and performance reviews.

Manage vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation, SLA enforcement, and escalations.

Implement and enforce network security policies, including firewalls, NAC, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust strategies.

Oversee network-related disaster recovery planning, testing, and documentation.

Manage IP addressing schema, DNS/DHCP, and DDI tools.

Evaluate new technologies, tools, and protocols to improve network capabilities and performance.

Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support enterprise-wide projects.

Develop and maintain documentation related to network topology, procedures, and configurations.

Prepare budgets, project timelines, and capacity plans for network infrastructure.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).

5–10 years of progressive experience in network engineering or infrastructure support.

At least 2–3 years of experience in a team leadership or management role
