Job Description:
As our Network Team Lead, you'll be a primary technical escalation point, working closely with our clients to resolve client issues and ensure smooth operations. You'll coordinate operational activities spanning multiple different network towers such as LAN/WAN, DDI, Unified Communications and other specific network towers.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate, develop, and oversee IT procedures, leveraging
ITIL methodologies for continuous improvement.
Identify and prioritize client network system needs
Conduct and oversee regular monitoring to proactively identify and address issues
Make suggestions to optimize ongoing network operations, applying best practices for efficiency, security, and scalability.
Qualifications & Skills:
Serve as the escalation lead, providing mentorship, training, and guidance to support team members, actively enhancing their technical skills and customer engagement capabilities.
Champion continuous improvement through integrations, iterative processes, automation, and innovative tooling to reduce client issues and enhance productivity.
Act as a point of escalation for complex technical problems, offering high-level expertise and support.
4+ years MSP experience
Proven, significant experience with Managed IT Services and/or MSSP environments.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with networking infrastructure, firewall configurations, wireless deployments, and unified communications.
Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership aptitude, with an ability to inspire, train, and elevate technical teams.
Highly organized, capable of effectively prioritizing and multitasking in dynamic environments.
Customer success-driven mindset, with superior communication skills and attention to detail.
Solid documentarian and process builder/follower.
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks / tickets across the team if needed
Project management experience
Great interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency in Networking concepts.
