Points for recruiting process:
Critical to get someone with demonstrable hands-on experience with the network deployment. Day 1onsite from office and then hybrid with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Weekend availability is must since all the executions take place on the weekends. Accountable and responsible for the assigned tasks and timely escalate any challenges to the leads. Set expectation correctly regarding assigned tasks and projects. Must be a person who can help identify and help build automation of any repetitive tasks. Highly self-managed, and transparent.

Expert Level Technical Skills Required:
Looking for mainly on Cisco, Arista.
Need experience switching and Routing: RIP, OSPF.
Python, Ansible, Splunk and network background is a plus.
Experience Infrastructure and Architecture
Ethernet technologies: STP, 802.1Q, VPC, Multilayer Switching; Leaf-Spine IP Fabric
IP Routing: RIP, OSPF, BGP, MPBGP, TCP/IP
Multicast routing: PIM, IGMP, MSDP, VxLAN
Platform knowledge on Cisco Switching & Routing Platforms
Nexus 9000 Series Data Centre Switching Platform
Platform Knowledge on Arista Switching platforms
Working knowledge on various Network OS
Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, NXOS, IOS-XRo Arista EOS
