Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot network-related issues and provide solutions for TNSLink product engineering.
  • Develop scripts and applications to implement features in the IoT/TNSLink product.
  • Research solutions for features or issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with TNSLink router vendors on technical issues and release areas.
  • Demonstrate strong experience in TCP/IP networking concepts and protocols.
  • Work independently on Linux systems, including Linux scripting (Bash).
  • Conduct software testing using GitLab or similar environments.
  • Familiarize with firewalling, VPN/IPSEC, TLS, SNMP, PPP, NAT, and cellular technologies such as 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

  • Network engineering expertise
  • Scripting (Bash/Linux commands) for automation and troubleshooting
  • TCP/IP networking concepts and protocol knowledge
  • Experience working independently on Linux systems
  • Problem-solving and debugging network-related issues

Nice-to-Have:

  • LAN/WAN configuration and troubleshooting
  • Switching and routing knowledge
  • Experience with firewall, VPN/IPSEC, TLS, SNMP, PPP, NAT
  • Knowledge of cellular network technologies (3G, 4G/LTE, 5G)
  • Collaboration with vendor teams and cross-functional engineering

Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 5 - 8 years of progressive experience
