Description

  1. Design and Installation:
    • Assemble and arrange materials and equipment for network cabling.
    • Run, pull, terminate, and splice copper and fiber optic cables (e.g., CAT5, CAT6, low voltage cables).
    • Mount telecom equipment following best practices, industry standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
    • Install access control systems and surveillance cameras.
  2. Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
    • Assist in developing and maintaining network communications.
    • Test and evaluate LAN/WAN systems for problem elimination and performance improvement.
    • Troubleshoot networks and server infrastructure issues.
    • Perform backup and restoration processes for critical systems.
  3. Support and Communication:
    • Provide testing equipment for verifying new and suspected faulty cable connections.
    • Measure and replace identified faulty fiber cables.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to set up routers, hubs, and switches.
    • Address client issues or escalate them as needed to maintain good client relationships
