Description

  • Preferred relevant work experience minimum 5 to 8 years
  • Must have experience with Cisco Routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
  • Must have experience with Cisco switching (Cisco enterprise switching and Nexus 7K/5K/2K platforms)
  • Preferred working experience on products - ISR, ASR, Wireless controller, NXOS
  • Experience supporting both wired and wireless network solutions, SDWAN, Meraki etc.
  • Must have good knowledge of Ticket and Incident management.
  • Analyze and isolate issues.
  • Follow escalation procedures and escalate as per the process
  • Participate in on-call support
