Designs, configures, and implements network solutions to support changes to teams, offices and applications, and to incorporate new features to optimize services. Solution components may include departmental switches, enterprise switches, routers, firewalls, VPN gateways, IP telephony, IVR, Automated CAll Distribution (ACD), and other network technologies. Provides full operational support for regional network services the provide customer access to revenue-generating applications and colleague access to systems used to run the comapny and support customers, with limited assistance from more senior engineers in mission critical and/or highly complex situations. (30%)
Creates and maintains technical documentation, asset inventories and configuration information. (10%)
Analyzes vendor invoices for accuracy, maintains inventory and orders equipment (5%)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with Network Engineering or Related Field of Study preferred.
Other Education / Certifications: - Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise, CCNP Data Center, Microsoft Azure Associate, Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) Specialist, F5 (or other load balancer) Certified Administrator, Solar Winds Certified Professional
