Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure across offices and data centers
Manage and optimize data center network performance, including routing, switching, and connectivity
Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of network services
Troubleshoot complex network and connectivity issues within data center and cloud-integrated environments
Oversee installation, configuration, and support of firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project planning, system migrations, and infrastructure upgrades
Maintain detailed network documentation and operational procedures
Mentor and guide junior network engineers and technicians
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
8+ years of experience in network engineering, including at least 3+ years in data center environments
In-depth knowledge of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, etc.)
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise-grade networking hardware
Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security solutions (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.)
Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage complex environments
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) are highly desirable
